With the addition of a large variety of new furniture and ponds, I feel that adding an option to sell purchased furniture would be useful for anyone who either wants to upgrade certain items in their house or change the style of their room.
Alternatively, an option to trade or change the look of certain owned furniture to different variants of the item, such as chairs or lanterns.
